Cherry-finished hardwood carries a polished aluminum silver colour rod.

Sounds like this are often used in meditation and healing, because they help us to focus and redirect our attention to the sounds within. The resonating sound not only calms and refocuses the individual, but can also focus a group. As such, it's an effective way to start a class, meeting, yoga practice or call guests to dinner.

For best results, play the Zenergy Bell quietly, being careful not to dampen the sound by letting the mallet rest on the rod after striking it. Then take a deep breath and listen. Relax, refocus, and reenergize.

Comes with a mallet and listening exercises.

"Hi Ben, Just a little more feedback for you. My wife spent a long time looking around T'internet for wind chimes before coming to your site. She would like me to let you know that your site was superb. The sound examples were the icing on the cake, and such an aid to eventually buy from you, and I am in full agreement with that. My wife found no other sites with sound examples, so well done for the idea. Happy new year, "
