The Chau Gong is iconic in appearance. It is what many people see in their mind’s eye when they think of a Chinese Gong. The bull’s-eye design is created by the metal lathing between the rim of the gong and the center. The lathing creates an overall balanced sound between the clear fundamental tone when tapped and a balanced crash when played heavier.

The 14" Chau Gong possesses a strong bell-like tone when tapped. It looks good. It sounds good. It cleans the brain. When hit harder it will have a balanced crash of metallic joy and celebration.

What Our Customers Have to Say About Our Service...

"Our kingfisher arrived this morning and is lovely! He's now sitting on his stake in our pond waiting for his wild kin to join him. Like everything else I have bought from you, he more than lives up to his description. Thank you very much indeed, I wish you and your team every continuing success. Regards "
